One Time regularization on cultivated Gomala Land

The scheme would apply to only those who have already made application  under the bagair hukum scheme.Hence amendment would be one time measure to dispose. Under the one-time measure a maximum of 4 acres and 38 guntas of land could be regularisation of gomal lands would not be allowed within 18 KM radius in other city corporations, five km radius in city municipal council and twokm radius in town municipal councils.

over 3.4 lakh application are pending with land extent of 11 lakh acres of government land .Provision to grant gomal land under the scheme.

Bangalore Urban gets 4 months to apply under Akrama-sakrama

Under akarma sakrama scheme,building deviation from the approved plan can be regularized upto 50% for residential building and 25 % for commercial building by paying fixed fee to BBMP authority. Importantly extension of akarama sakrama will not be allowed after 4 months said by Chief minister Siddaramaiah. Akarama sakrama will start from January  1st  2017.  Note as specified earlier, the applicants should have constructed the residential or commercial building or purchased the sites before October 19, 2013. Which does not consider building or sites in government land, park land and playground or even Lakes and SWD (Strom water Drains- Rajakaluve).

Only E-Khatas are Valid not handwritten (Gram Panchayat property)

Handwritten khatas will be fake and will not be accepted as per recent govt order.To resolve this issue Rural Development and Panchayatraj Minister Mr. H.K.Patil given strict direction to sub-registrar to stop registration for handwritten khatas. In Bengaluru North Taluk most buyer is being cheated by developer or middlemen. Due to issued handwritten khatas by 13 official and former executive officer have been suspended.

In some cases, developer, had formed layout and converted agricultural lands without obtaining permission from competent authorities.

Mr.H.K.Patil said department had made issuance of e-khatas mandatory in all gram panchayat limit. E-khata would bring transparency in property transactions and relief to property buyer.
